Book a slot above — pick a 30 or 60 minute window that works for you. M-F 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern is open without approval; weekends are by request.
You’ll get a confirmation email with the time and a reminder that the call happens right inside this dashboard.
When it’s time — come back to this page within 10 minutes of your consult start time. A green Join call button will activate on your appointment row. Click it and the video opens in your browser — no app to install, no Zoom account needed.
What you’ll need — a quiet space, your phone or a computer with a working camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. If you have lab work, photos, or a list of questions, have them ready.
Privacy note — our practice is finalizing HIPAA-compliant video infrastructure. Until then, please avoid sharing detailed personal health information on the call. For sensitive details, message Brandon through your dashboard.
