Member Stories

Quiet work, shared at the right time.

Coleman & Co. is a small practice. Every protocol is written for one person, and every story that lives here will come from a member who chose to share theirs — in their words, with their consent. For now, this page holds the framing of the work itself, and an honest note from the founder about the cohort we are building with.

Stories of the practice

What care looks like, before the names go on it

Being heard before being prescribed.

Most members arrive having already read everything. They know the molecules, the half-lives, the brand names. What they have not had is a conversation that treats their goals, their labs, and their day-to-day life as one connected picture.

The first consultation is not a sales call. It is an hour in which we read the labs you bring, ask about sleep, energy, training, stress, the medications already on board — and only then talk about whether a protocol fits. Some members leave with a plan. Some leave with a referral elsewhere. Both are good outcomes.

Custom protocols, written like clinical notes.

A protocol from this practice is not a product page. It is a written plan: dose, timing, route, what to track, what to expect in week two and week six, what would cause us to slow down or change course. It is signed, dated, and revised on a schedule.

That is true whether the work is metabolic — a careful GLP-1 titration paired with strength and protein targets — or recovery-focused, where peptides are chosen to support sleep, training load, and the long arc of getting older well. The work is quiet. The documentation is not.

A note from the founder

Coleman & Co. is in its founding cohort. Member stories will appear on this page as they finish their protocols and choose to share them — with their permission, in their own words, and never before. Until then, the work is the testimonial.

What to expect

Three things every member can count on

I.

An honest first call

If a peptide protocol is not the right tool for your goals, we will tell you that on the first call — and where to look instead.

II.

A protocol you can read

Plain language, written down, dated, revisable. No mystery dosing, no off-label cocktails without context.

III.

One person, the whole way

The same clinician who writes your protocol is the one who answers your messages, reviews your labs, and adjusts course.

Begin with the intake.

The intake is private, takes about ten minutes, and is reviewed by the founding clinician before any consultation is scheduled.
